Ⅰ. IR thermography camera in elevator electrical inspection
If there is a virtual connection in the electrical circuit, the contact between the local conductors is poor, and the circuit has high resistance locally. The increase in unit current here will cause the temperature at this place to be greater than other nearby parts. These can be detected by infrared thermal imaging cameras.

Ⅲ. IR thermography camera in elevator control cabinet temperature detection
When the elevator is working, the control cabinet takes on the functions of power frequency conversion output and signal control, and emits a large amount of heat energy. For individual elevators that require energy consumption braking, the heat dissipation of the control cabinet is more considerable. For a large number of control chips inside the control cabinet, their lifespan is greatly affected by temperature, and the lifespan is reduced by half for every 10°C increase in temperature.

High resistance, abnormal current and excessive friction will all generate a lot of heat. Ⅴ. IR thermography camera lubricating oil level inspection
Since lubricating oil has a large heat capacity and is susceptible to convective heat transfer, it usually takes the longest time to change temperature. Through the inspection of the liquid level, the lubricating oil level can be effectively detected. It should be pointed out that the thickness of the sludge on the inner wall using this method may have an impact on the test results, but it can also show the oil and grease on the inner wall by this method.
Ⅵ. Ambient temperature detection in the computer room of the IR thermography camera
In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in the equipment room, the ambient temperature in the equipment room should be kept between 5 and 40°C if the heat emitted by the equipment is considered. If the pulley room is equipped with electrical equipment, the ambient temperature is the same as the requirements of the machine room.
